THE 2014 edition of the Golf Australia magazine has ranked Federal in the top 100 best public access course in the country for two years running. Federal is the top ranked and only public access course in Canberra to make the Top 100.
For the first time last year, the expanded criteria has enabled Canberra's acclaimed Federal Golf Club to enter the public access rankings.
The expansive and pristine fairways of the 18-hole championship course undulate through stands of majestic eucalypts towards quality greens protected by well placed bunkers and swales.
Native birds and animals flourish in the surrounding bush, and the golfer is presented with glorious views of the Brindabella Ranges on most holes.
The atmosphere is polite and friendly and the staff are only too happy to facilitate your requirements.
