NOW enjoying almost 80 years of golf, Indooroopilly Golf Club still upholds all that is rich in golfing tradition.
Indooroopilly Golf Club was established in 1926 with the original 18 hole course situated at St Lucia.
The original 18 holes became known as the 'Old Course' and the second 18 holes was called the 'New Course'. The older layout was later renamed the West Course and the second 18 holes became the East Course.
The 2014/15 Golf Link Race to Bonville event will take place on the West Course.
Located on a bend of the Brisbane River, Indooroopilly GC is a unique complex far removed from the daily rigours of business activities, yet is just 10 minutes from the heart of Brisbane.
The club presents 36 championship holes of golf, featuring six combinations. A driving range and putting greens are located adjacent to the clubhouse allowing players to loosen up and hone their swing prior to teeing off.
Indooroopilly has the facilities to host weddings, banquets and meetings for up to 350 guests.
