This week's tip: my favourite downswing drill, which will give you much more consistency.
Today I'm using a speed whoosh to demonstrate this particular drill but you could use your own club, you don't have to have one of these.
So what we want to do is swing back to the top of our backswing.
The first movement I was you to feel is that you're letting your weight shift back into the left leg, you're pulling your left shoulder muscle here, it's pulling this way, allowing you to drop the club behind you.
Notice my right shoulder's back as well, my right shoulder isn't out in front.
I want you to feel like you're pulling the left shoulder, the weight's shifted, your chest is still behind the ball, that's what being 'behind the ball' means.
